"2 jack ports"
The product is good but it has 2 jack ports attached at the end.1for mic,1for sound and these guys are not supplying any dual port with it. if you want to use it with a tablet or phone then offmarket dual jacks should be bought at your own expence.Even the Nykaaman app or customer support dont know that it has 2 jacks as its displayed only with 3.5 mm jack on the application.
