Excellent for dry skin esp in winters

It feels very heavy on normal to dry skin and produces a lot of sweat. Not a fan

I had high hopes because it’s elf and the packaging is so so luxe but when I apply it, it feels oily for me and I’m a oily skin

Was hoping for a light moisturizer but this is on the heavier side and feels sticky. I won’t be purchasing again.
