I got an advice from my gynac to consume papaya extract in any form on the daily basis. Basically my periods were irregular due to stress and my haemoglobin level drastically decreased and papaya extracts are very apt for tackling these problems. Also it's priced decently. I'm happy with the quantity and the quality.
