HOW IT WORKS:

2.Choose to fully prepay by using online payment methods such as credit/ debit card, wallet or net banking, or pay up partially online, and the remaining amount in cash directly to the service provider at the time of availing the service

3.We will email and SMS you a Unique Appointment Code and the Phone Number of the service provider

4.Call the service provider to fix your appointment at your convenience within 30 days from the date of purchase

Changed your mind? No worries! Receive a 100% refund, as long as the cancellation is within the 30 days since your date of purchase AND the service has not been availed yet.

CANCELLATION & REFUND:

1.Rescheduling of a booked appointment is allowed only until 6 working hours prior to the booking

2.Cancellation of a booked appointment is allowed only until 24 hours prior to the booking. Full refund will be made in this case

3.In the case that a cancellation is made within the 24 hours prior to the booking, no rescheduling will be permitted with the unique customer appointment code. Moreover, no money will be refunded for the booking.

4.In the case of a home appointment, if the beauty personnel fails to show up unless due to force majeure, full refund will be made to the customer.
