"Absolutely in effective"
I have been using this product for 10-12 days yet. Most of the time even twice a day followed up by moisturiser from kheil. But really disappointed that it has absolutely no effect on eye puffiness . I went for this assuming high price will mean good product. Would like to really return this purchase. Not recommend by Me
