"Makes hair soft, very expensive "
I have used small bottle before investing in the big refill pouch, it makes hair soft and tangle free, but I experienced hair fall while washing my hair, I don't know if it's temporary or the side effect of the shampoo but I honestly love the softness it gives after washing which I have never experienced with any other shampoo.

"Mild yet effective !"
This is the best shampoo I have used till date Mild yet effective enough! Constant reorder in my list ! I am reducing one star just because it’s so expensive
