I use this conditioner with L'Occitane anti dandruff shampoo. It makes my hair soft and manageable without weighing it down. I like the smell. It is silicone free and if you have been using a silicone based conditioner your hair would need time to adapt to this conditioner. I take about 2 teaspoon product and keep it for 2 minutes and that is more than enough nutrition for my dry hair. I adore all L'Occitane products and I found that they suit me extremely well. If you are unsure of buying the larger bottles you can buy the 75 ml version to see if they suit you. This product is especially good for summer and monsoon days.
