"Not bad, but not great either!"

It is as good as any other good quality hand wash. I bought it expecting it to moisturize my dry hands this winter, and was a little disappointed, it did make my hands smooth, but in a dry and powdery way. The only thing 'ultra' about it is, its fragrance, which I feel is an intensified version of the fragrance used by the Johnson's Baby range of products. All in all, not worth the money.
