It's a nice mild conditioner though not as good as I expected. Still made my hair manageable and shiny.

After using shampoo, I applied it and it was good but not so better than shampoo.

Has good slip, made my hair soft and shiny. I kept it on under a heat cap for 30 mins. Not sure about long term use.
