I have used this product for about 8 months. I have had super dry chapped lips and had habit of constantly picking the flaked skin. After using for 3 days i could see results, it was super hydrated and non-sticky, removed the pigmentation after using it for a week. Overall, the best! The container broke after a fall as it is made of glass. Packaging can be improved.

Thick but not heavy on lips. Doesn't make my lips dry. Needs no reapplication. The best lip balm I've ever come across. Go for it. This is my second purchase.
