I have been using this product since last two months and can say my hair naila both can sense improvement can't comment on the skin though . But hair and nail are surely better .

On consumption of 1 week can see the difference in hair and skin. Hair fall is decreased at great extent and skin becomes hydrated no itchy. Product got no side effects for me.
