NIVEA Men’s Fest Terms and Conditions:

1. THE NIVEA MEN Grooming Fest Offer

  • Consumer purchasing Two Nivea Men Products (or a NIVEA MEN supersaver combo) stand a chance to win a bike – Royal Enfield Thunderbird350.
  • On Purchase of Two Nivea Men Products, customer gets a confirmation of participation in the lucky draw in their cart.

2. OFFER PERIOD

  • The Offer will be valid from 21 st June, 2017 and will end on 14th July, 2017 unless modified and/or extended by the Company.
  • Modification of terms and/or extension of offer validity period, if any, shall be announced by the Nykaa via T&C page
  • Offer will be valid only on NIVEA MEN stocks of NIVEA.

3.CLAIMING OF PRIZE

  • The Winner will get a Royal Enfield Thunderbird350bike.
  • The winner will be required to submit copy Photo Identity proof and Address Proof for verification at the time of claiming the prize.
  • The Winners will be informed by telephone/SMS about the process to claim their prize which includes making a payment of 30-33% towards Gift Tax to claim the prize. Gift Tax, Registration Fees, Road Tax, Octroi, Bike Insurance etc. has to be borne by the winner.
  • The Participant agree that acceptance of the Prize by the Winner constitutes permission to the NIVEA/ Nykaa to use the winner's name and photographs for advertising and promotional purposes if the Company wishes to do so, without the Company being liable to pay any compensation therefore.

4.GENERAL TERMS

  • NIVEA/ Nykaa reserve the right at its sole discretion, to extend the duration of the Contest period and/or modify/change any terms at any time.
  • If the selection or announcement of result and/or anything to be done by Nykaa or any other entity in respect of this contest is prevented or delayed by reasons beyond the control of Nykaa or any other entity, including but not limited to computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government or other causes of like or similar or other character beyond the control of Nykaa or the other entity/(ies), then Nykaa and/or the other entity/(ies) shall not be liable for the same to the extent so prevented or delayed, and will not be liable for any consequences.
  • All and any incidental costs direct and/or indirect, in relation to claiming the Prize, shall be borne by the Winner and NIVEA/ Nykaa shall not be responsible or liable for the same in any manner whatsoever.
  • Employees of the NIVEA/ Nykaa and/or its associates (i.e, Agency, CSA, Super Stockists, Distributors and Consultants) andthe members of their immediate family will not be eligible for participating in this Offer.
  • In case of any dispute in connection with the Offer, the process in connections with the offer, prize etc., NIVEA’s decision will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
  • The competent courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
  • This Contest will be open to all the residents above 18 years of age, of India except the state of Tamil Nadu
  • NIVEA shall provide the prize on an "as-is basis" and without any warranty or guarantee concerning the quality, suitability or comfort, and NIVEA and/or its associates, affiliates and/ or its management, directors, officers, agents, representatives shall not be responsible for or liable (including but not limited to the product and service liabilities) for deficiency and/ or defect of any product/service and/or the prize or for any kind of consequential damages/ loss, in any manner whatsoever. If any Participant has any grievance with respect to the prize, he/she may directly contact the manufacturer.
  • If any shortlisted winner remains unreachable on the third attempt or is not interested in continuing in the Contest or is otherwise ineligible to participate, Nykaa shall conduct up to two (2) more random selections to shortlist a Participant. If even after a third random selection, no winner is selected, no prize shall be declared in respect of the contest.
  • One participant can enter the contest 1 time only. Multiple entries by the same Participant multiple invoices is not permitted under the Contest.
