Soft and very good toothbrush.

It's not soft (let alone extra soft) as the product claim. The bristles are hard and it hurts. False claim of being "extra soft".

The description of this toothbrush doesn't match with its quality. It is too harsh on gums and doesn't clean properly due to its bad design.

Just too bad, hated this brush, couldn't use more than a day, its hard, makes brushing painful, I strongly recommend not to buy this.
