Well, don't expect it to do wonders but plant based nutrition are easy to digest and healthy. It tasty tangy and more like mehndi..very Powderyy . I think people should give it a try.

I don't know about the effects on skin, but the tangy taste worsen my peptic ulcer, it's too acidic. Plix is much much better.

Maybe i should consume for more days to get results but didn't feel like continuing coz it felt like sand was also mixed there it made hard to swallow. OK OK product
