Was a little skeptical seeing the reviews but the product is good. Has normal and hot air options. The back of the dryer has some thingys to prevent hair from getting stuck in it. Works well and became my fav.

While continously blow drying your hair you might get a plastic burning smell(mild smell though)form the hair dryer bcoz it gets heated up and i prefer resting it aft blow drying some sections of my hair...the cavity / the area where the rotator( ie is behind the dryer's notch is present) tends to suck the hair you have to be "VERY CAREFUL?" in that case(dont panic!! Off the hair dryer and slowing pull your hair) my hair used to get suck in the very beginning when i was unaware of this fact but now ive managed to work with it... For a beginner who is looking fr a low budget and a dryer that works fine i think you have to go fr it..works well in its part..
