Well I will be brutally honest, it’s not a brightening product but it is a cooling product It has cooling properties and it gives a lot of cooling effect specially when you are burnt out while coming back from your work or you are in an extreme heat climate. It is good to use post sunburn or post swimming session if the chlorine is irritating your skin.
