The problem I had with is the laxative effect from the polyols. I wish the product details had this included on but anyways, I didn't take it enough to tell you that it works because of the side effect which had affected me a bit too much so I'm give two stars for it. The laxative effect lasted a day so that's how severe it was. If you're buying this product, I'd warn you for this one side effect. Thanks.
