I have been using this product since June. I have been serving my time at an NGO located at a remote place in Western Ghats where proper source of food and water is not available and though I am quite an active yoga practitioner my stomach and intestine went under a stressful period of time in February and I was diagnosed with sever intestine inflammation. I read about Good bug in Instagram and tried it. Since day 1 it has helped me. It's like a protective layer over my intestine and stomach... I am alive and well thanks to it.. I have six more months to serve and I am happy and confident to serve! This is the second time I have bought this from Nykaa otherwise I do it from their website. The product helped me to reduce my bloating and gas issues.
If you don't like fizz tab. ,then it's made for you. Better than fizz and it's just like flavored water if you take a full glass of water. And forget bloating.
I did notice changes within a week. I’ll have to continue consuming it for 3 months and see the complete result.
